Atton’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives put our responsibility to care for the land, people and communities where we live and work into action.
We believe that our long term success is tied directly to our ability to make a positive difference serving the needs of our communities. Our CSR platform rests on below three pillars and managed through non profit organization named “Gramin Yuva Foundation”
Education
Under the program name LEARN, where children are catered with all their educational needs, we choose a school in the adjoining rural areas and gather their requirements on facilities which are not available and serve the needs in a holistic manner. Our motive is to supply them with bicycles, lab instruments, school bags, water bottles and notebooks. We also make provisions for clean water supply within the school.
EmpowermentÂ
By empowering marginalized communities through vocational training and focusing on the development of women & people with disabilities, we wish to make a difference to the society, both at a macro, as well as at the grassroots level.
Environment
Our goal is to help build a society where sustainable development can be achieved. Our aim is to increase awareness of environmental sustainability of our staff, customers and other stakeholders. Also actively promote and participate in local environmental conservation initiatives.
